Tiffany believes everybody can benefit from working with a therapist. Every client is unique and deserves an individualized approach to help live their authentic life. Her approach is authentic, warm, energetic, and positive. Her mental health work experience includes working in Community Mental Health for individual and group counseling, running groups for self-esteem, and substance addictions, as well as private group practice. Clients have noticed an increase in self-awareness, self-reflection, and how to use the awareness to their advantage.
