I believe counseling is most effective when it is centered on each client’s unique needs and experiences. I work collaboratively with clients in a supportive, therapeutic environment to build on their existing strengths, develop practical skills, and foster resilience and hope. With over 15 years of experience as a school counselor at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, as well as in private practice, I bring a deep understanding of life transitions, stress, and personal growth. My approach is person-centered and focused on helping clients feel empowered, understood, and supported as they move toward meaningful change.
