I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Sociology, and my Master of Social Work Degree from the Metropolitan State University of Denver. Tiffany enjoys working with adult clients of all ages - from young adults and college students to clients in their 30’s and beyond. She has experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, OCD, phobias, military, domestic violence, infertility, transgender, and relationship and family issues. I am focused on providing a safe and non-judgmental environment. I use a person-centered, holistic, and strengths-based approach. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and attachment. Treatment methods I find most helpful: CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, mindfulness, somatic, EFT, and a variety of eclectic therapy methods to find what will best suit your goals.
