In my practice, I believe the therapeutic relationship is sacred and created in partnership with each client to foster safety, compassion, patience and a sense of curiosity. Together we can create an environment to explore your personal challenges, emotions, imagination, limiting beliefs, trauma and any other issues that come forward to be worked through. When a person actively engages the world in a new way it can lead to greater awareness, self confidence, joy, peace and the ability to bring a more authentic, accurate centered sense of self into their relationships.
