Having supported loved ones through addiction and faced my own struggles with anxiety, I hope to create a space where individuals feel safe to be their true and vulnerable selves. My overall goal is for each individual to walk out of sessions feeling more comfortable and confident navigating life’s challenges. View 4 Photos I work with the Youth Service Bureau of YMCA. I offer a warm, supportive space for those facing depression, anxiety, grief, stress, trauma, or major life changes. My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Expressive Arts, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems, and Solution-Focused Therapy to foster healing and growth.
