My belief is that therapy should be a collaborative process that allows authenticity and trust to foster insight and growth, exploring how the past informs the present. I truly value the importance of the therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist. Rapport between clients and myself, I believe, is key for a long-lasting, trusting relationship. I have experience working with issues related to anxiety and mood disorders, relationship distress, life transitions, family conflict, and more. I offer a safe space for exploring and understanding oneself with a non-judgmental, warm stance.
