I am Tiffany Stone, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and former Certified Rehabilitation Counselor providing a combination of human services and counseling for 14 years to young people, adults and families in New York City and Long Island. I address the following issues: family conflict, depression; anxiety; stress; anger management; PTSD; family therapy; parental skills; substance abuse; women issues; low self esteem; and ADHD. My treatment approaches are Person Centered; Mindfulness; CBT; DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I also keep in mind your holistic well-being which includes your spirituality.
