First, you should be so proud of yourself for taking the initial step of even exploring options to seek help. Becoming a mother is one of the most profound and transformative experiences a person goes through. My journey as a therapist, and mom of three, has given me first hand understanding surrounding the intertwining complexities of some of the most joyous, and hardest, days of your life. Whether you are in the planning stages of becoming a mother, currently in the midst of pregnancy, transitioning into the postpartum period, or well into the years of motherhood balancing it's stressors, welcome. Know that you are not alone. I am passionate about supporting women and mothers through challenging and vulnerable parts of their lives. In addition, my years of experience working in foster care and adolescent outpatient mental health, allow for me to work with a variety of clientele. I have my PMH-C, as well as my TF-CBT certification for trauma treatment in adolescents.
