I am Dr. Tiffany Tiberi (she/her) a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Illinois. I provide telehealth and in-person therapy to adults. I specialize in therapy to address a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, family and relationship difficulties, LGBTQ+ identity and relationship issues, life transitions, career and work related stressors, managing burnout, trauma recovery, overcoming perfectionism and self-doubt, as well as coping with grief and loss. I work with clients seeking longer term therapy to address more longstanding concerns, however, I also work with folks in need of shorter term support as well.
