One of my favorite parts of being a clinician is witnessing that powerful moment when someone realizes their own capacity for change. My role as a therapist is to help make that journey possible for you. I am deeply passionate about helping people understand that symptoms of depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges are only one part of who they are—they do not define them. I see it as my mission to help individuals learn how to work with and coexist with their symptoms in healthy, sustainable ways, so they can experience a better quality of life.
