Hey there! I'm Tiffinie! My mission as a therapist is to empower my clients with an unbiased, supportive, and compassionate approach to therapy that works to identify and disrupt the limiting beliefs that we and society tend to impose on ourselves. My hope is to create new pathways to healing and growth in order for you to improve your overall well-being as well as your relationships. You are more than deserving of a safe space to heal and grow towards your full potential. It is your right and your responsibility to initate change in your life. Let's get started on your journey together! In our first session, we will complete brief introductions and I will review confidentiality agreement with you. Then, we will dive into your primary stressors while you share how you believe therapy can be most helpful and any expectations you have for me as your provider.
