I believe in the power of connection. I provide a non-judgmental, open, and supportive therapeutic relationship for individuals to explore their struggles and strengths as well as develop ways to tune into the wisdom they already have within. I empower clients to guide their own process and timeline. As a social worker, I consider all systems at play in a person’s life, these may include family dynamics, or systems of oppression. I aim to practice cultural humility and I strive to be an ally for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities.
