As a therapist, my passion is to help individuals reconnect with their innate ability to heal and grow. I believe that healing occurs when we embrace all parts of ourselves with compassion, curiosity, and understanding. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, or relational difficulties, you can unlock the internal resources you already possess to heal, find inner harmony, and reclaim your sense of wholeness. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to explore and understand yourself. Together, we will work toward developing a greater sense of inner peace and resilience. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8 years of experience supporting adults who have experienced anxiety, depression, and disconnection after traumatic events, including sexual assault and childhood sexual abuse. My training includes Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 1; EMDR, Trauma Resiliency Model.
