He has experience providing services for adolescents and adults. Tijo helps people who struggles with different types of issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, panic disorder, PTSD, relationship issues, men's issues, OCD, communication issues, self-esteem issues, stress, trauma and ADHD. He also utilizes approaches such as CBT and Gestalt therapy in order to help his clients meet their needs and goals. Tijo creates an environment that are safe, patient centered care and non-judgmental. He work hard to maintain a respectful environment and to create a space where his clients can feel heard and understood.
