I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, grief, stress, low self-esteem and interpersonal struggles. My main goal in treatment is to assist individuals in unpacking their challenges and building upon their strengths. I do this by using a collaborative and strength-based approach to mental wellness. I believe that the relationship between client and clinician in the initial stages of treatment are the most critical. Therefore, I approach each session with empathy, compassion, reassurance and a tiny dash of humor when appropriate.
