I know from personal experience the desire to see change in life but not knowing where to start. Working with a mental health professional was incredibly valuable in helping me make the necessary changes to reach my goals. After achieving personal success, I knew I wanted to do the same for others. My holistic approach to counseling is based on evidence-based practice, clinical training, years of experience in community mental health, human psychology research, and my own personal experiences. Together we will explore different areas of life including emotions, thought patterns, habits, relationships, work, play, and more.
