Are you struggling with PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, addiction, or depression? These problems could have underlying roots in trauma or intense stress. Trauma comes in many forms; abuse, accidents, surgery, neglect, war, etc. Each of these events uniquely impacts the nervous system. Recovery from these experiences could help resolve or manage symptoms. My goal is to help empower you to experience healing. We can't change situations of the past, but we can, together, become unstuck from the automatic responses of the body/mind. Somatic Experiencing (SE) may help you have more fulfilling and meaningful life.
