I work with individuals and couples, teens and adults in both short term solution-focused therapy and longer term psychodynamic therapy. I work with those who struggle with symptoms and dysfunctional relationships and with those who would like to more fully inhabit their own lives. As a licensed professional counselor I provide a safe container and the commitment to listen deeply, knowing that to be human is to struggle. Staying with the struggle, we experience the life that is here: its losses, its disappointments and its joys. It is from here that new vistas open up and movement that is authentic and purposeful becomes possible.
