My goal as a therapist is to empower clients to live more mindfully. I believe that we each have the power to gain insight into our thoughts; increase awareness and connection with our feelings; more effectively manage stress; and make the changes in our lives that are necessary to function more fully in relationships, and work. My role as a therapist is to facilitate this process. I work with clients on issues such as addictions, depression, anxiety, learning difficulties, conflicts within families/couples,and anger management.
