You and I may eventually talk about everything, but we have to start somewhere. That somewhere is whatever is troubling you now. It could be frustration or dissatisfaction with your job, your relationships, your identity and how you’re perceived in the world. It could be loss, grief, purposelessness, depression, loneliness or feeling lost. You may be overwhelmed, exhausted and unable to sleep or quiet your mind. You might have a history of trauma, neglect and abuse or disabilities that you find impossible to make sense of. You may be going through a rough patch, would like to change or are just curious about who and how you are.
