Over the past 14 years working in schools with teachers, students, parents, and families, I’ve become familiar with the many stressors and adjustments that occur for kids, adolescents, and parents during the journey of growing up. It’s my belief that adults, all of us, also benefit from counseling and intentional work to take care of ourselves. To that end, I create a space free from judgement where you can be yourself and together we can work toward reaching your goals. Participating in therapy can be both one of the most rewarding and intimidating choices you make for yourself any day of the week!
