Hello! I'm glad you're here. Life’s journey can be filled with many personal, relational, and professional difficulties, so it’s important to know that you don’t have to travel the path alone. I provide treatment for individuals (ages 16+), couples and families, with special emphasis on the developmental issues which keep you stuck in your journey. I provide a safe/non-judgmental atmosphere where we can talk, explore, and discover what is keeping you stuck, including negative thought patterns and unhealthy core beliefs. I believe that effective therapy not only includes becoming more self-aware, but also unlearning destructive beliefs that impact your ability to become your authentic/genuine self.
