Imagine what life could be like if you were able to find freedom from persistent anxiety, depression, and post traumatic stress. Just imagine for a moment you had a true peace of mind and no longer felt stuck in your past and had a path to help you move forward. I have worked with a wide range of individuals that have struggled with these mental health challenges that have stemmed from multiple forms of abuse. I am passionate about helping my clients overcome this significant hurt and learn to see themselves through a lense of hope, healing, and transformation. My specialties are anxiety, depression, ptsd, grief and loss, and mens issues. I provide different research based therapeutic strategies which include cognitive behavioral therapies, psychodynamic, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. Christian counseling is also offered.
