I believe in the power of storytelling. If you are a person who wants someone to listen to your journey, a person who wants to rewrite their own narrative, or somewhere in between, I hope we can work together! Currently, I work with adults, adolescents (15+), families, and couples. I have special interests in relationship issues, family conflict, sex, and exploring identity. I work from a person centered, strengths based lens that centers clients as experts in their own lived experience. My ideal clients are those who are looking for a therapist that prioritizes trust and understanding in the therapeutic relationship.
