Greetings- I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor practicing in FLorida. I have 22 years of experience as a therapist and Clinical Director dealing with mental Health issues, Substance Use Disorder, and the combination of the two. My approach is collaborative, person centered, and open. I use a combination of Third Wave Therapies to assist clients to live their best values based life. First session is open and exploratory. I avoid the same old typical questions and get right to the helping zone. I am person centered, I can give first hand evidenced based tools to defuse from difficult emotions and experiences . These tools allow the client to live the life they choose based on their values, goals, and aspirations.
