Via a collaborative, professional partnership, clients grow to become the very best version of themselves. I focus on teens and young adults, but I also enjoy seeing clients of all ages. You, the client, are in the driver’s seat, which seems only fitting since you, of course, are the expert of your own life. Together, we determine which areas of mental health/substance use/sports performance you would like to focus on, and my job is to supportively work alongside you as you develop the tools necessary to address such areas, both inside and outside of the counseling room. I emphasize the idea that if nothing changes, nothing changes.
