While I welcome a wide variety of clients, I work especially closely with teens and young adults facing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, identity struggles, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and school-related stress. Many feel overwhelmed by emotions, isolated, or stuck in frustrating patterns that can be hard understand. They want a space where they feel seen, heard, and safe to open up. My ideal client is ready to explore their thoughts and feelings, build confidence, and develop healthier ways to cope, connect, and grow.
