My objective as a therapist is to support clients through life's many challenges and offer a helping hand to those who feel stuck, while working with them to enrich their lives and gain a fuller understanding of themselves, their strengths, and their struggles. I primarily work with adults, but I also have experience working with various age groups, including children, teens, and young adults. I have supported clients through chronic illness, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and relationship support. Symptom management, job searching, marital issues, and navigating life transitions are some goals I have helped clients achieve.
