Thanks for visiting my profile, are you struggling with anxiety, depression, or memories of painful experiences? I would welcome the opportunity to help you resolve these issues! I am an Independent Clinical Social Worker practicing in person in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area and remotely across Minnesota and Colorado. For the past 12 years I've been providing individual therapy for adults coping with depression, anxiety, gender dysphoria, LGBT issues, drug and alcohol issues and PTSD. I am a certified EMDR therapist and advanced Flash Technique trained therapist who specializes in treating trauma and the problems that can come along with it including anxiety and depression. It's an amazing process to see the people I work with overcome the effects of painful life experiences over time and respond to life in ways they feel good about.
