The journey of well-being as a person in the BIPOC community it can be difficult for many reasons but you do not have to do it alone. You don’t have to be hesitant or ashamed of your struggles as they are a part of your path to self-awareness, self-love, healing and emotional freedom. We work to help clients feel seen, heard, comfortable and free to share while they move toward better version of themselves. We acknowledge the complexity of being a person of color and this is a space to feel empowered to move through all environments as yourself. We offer teletherapy services to meet your specific therapeutic needs. Timmons Therapy Solutions offers a holistic, culturally in-tune, emotionally safe and liberatory space where clients are given the opportunity to unpack and share the experiences that shape them but also develop healthier ways to navigate through life.
