I work with people seeking alignment and a deeper understanding of themselves. Many of my clients are LGBTQ+, creatives, helpers, and professionals who feel functional but stuck. My style is warm and collaborative, grounded in research, lived experience, and a sense of humor. As an LGBTQ+, adopted clinician, I offer a thoughtful, culturally aware space for insight, growth, and meaningful change. Whether its trauma, anxiety, relational challenges, burnout, or other difficult topics, we will work together to address it skillfully and compassionately. Informed by DBT and IFS, our work together explores inner patterns with compassion while building skills for regulation, boundary setting, and resilience.
