I will listen to you and I will HEAR you. I've had difficulties in my own life that have only helped me to grow as a more empathic therapist. I can understand addiction from a unique perspective, as well as issues such as bipolar disorder, BPD, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, irrational fears, confusion, unexpected changes in life, obsessions and compulsiveness, or just plain old unhappy. I use a variety of philosophies and science in an attempt to meet you where you are. I tend to keep therapy on a mindful course that is both flexible and predictable to you.
