I am a life long New Yorker who has lived in all the boroughs of this City. I am also an artist, writer, and nature lover. I have many years experience working in public, private and non-profit settings helping people with the hardest parts of change. I have a warm, empathic, and interactive style of working. My clinical framework is Psychodynamic and I incorporate Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioral interventions as needed.
