I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts with 10 years of experience working with teens, adults, and seniors who are seeking support in coping with depression, anxiety, stress, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), OCD, low self-esteem, chronic stress, and more. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology from the University of Rochester and received my Master of Science in Counseling and Applied Educational Psychology from Northeastern University.
