My clients come for diverse background who are working professionals and/or at-home parents. My clients often have challenges related to motivation, existential issues (wrestling with life purpose and fulfillment), a desire to increase performance (professional, sports, and general life), stress management, relationship conflict, intimacy, libido, parenting, addictions, trauma, anxiety, and/or depression. My clients often want help to become the best version of themselves and express the desire to feel better mentally, emotionally, physically, and be able to cope with stress better.
