Sometimes we find ourselves in a veritable dark wood, bereft of hope, looking for some way out. Often we try things that don't work, or that work all too well, or that bring further trouble and suffering into our lives. We struggle with work, relationships, our health, money, and, most importantly, making sense of our struggles, so mired are we in the everyday grind of existence.
