I believe that individuals and families who seek mental health therapy desire to make changes but often are unsure where to start. Clients bring past trauma, setbacks, feelings of hopelessness, and despair into the therapeutic setting. Navigating through life transitions can often be daunting and confusing as well. Someone who can listen and partner with clients on their journey is paramount to their recovery. Goals include a life free of the constant bombardment of destructive thoughts that interfere with the quality of relationships and a sense of purpose.
