I enjoy partnering with all ages, but especially with adolescents, young adults, adults and seniors going through significant life transitions and crises. Together, we’ll find clues in childhood, family patterns, memories, dreams and nightmares, negative thoughts, and hurtful relationships to alleviate anxiety, fear, depression, grief, and hopelessness. I enjoy working with clients from diverse backgrounds and really resonate with artists, musicians, and other creative types.
