My name is Timothy Olson, and I’m a licensed Christian counselor with over 15 years of experience, specializing in EMDR therapy. I focus on helping clients process trauma, emotional difficulties, and deeply rooted issues like depression and anxiety. My therapeutic approach is rooted in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which is designed to help clients process and heal from unresolved emotional pain. I also integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and client-centered methods where appropriate. EMDR allows us to address trauma and emotional blocks at a deep level, leading to lasting resolution and healing.
