My clinical approach focusing on empathy, support, empowerment, and evidence-based interventions. With years of experience in multiple settings (Individual, IOP, Intensive in community) I am able to utilize a multitude of therapeutic modalities to apply the right "tool" from the proverbial "toolbox" of therapeutic processes. This allows me to customize support/modalities for clients. Therapy is about meeting the client where they are and making therapy what they need and my goal is to use my experience to support my clients to the best of my ability.
