He believes that the process of mental health counseling requires the right blend of compassion, mutual respect, humor, and willingness to step into new territory together. His goal is to help others break free of their limiting beliefs and start creating the lives they truly want for themselves. That may mean offering a fresh perspective, teaching a new concept or strategy, listening with an open mind, or helping sort through a range of confusing options. Tim helps people to heal from a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, anger, and addiction.
