My primary focus is providing mental health treatment for children and adolescents (6-18) but do see people of all ages. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, behavioral issues, grief/ loss or changes in the world we live in: I provide a client centered approach to help develop positive coping skills, problem solving or behavioral modification to assist in decreasing the symptoms of the problem. I believe that my job as a mental health professional is to provide the client with tools and skills to assist in filling "a mental toolbox" that will provide a more positive perspective on life.
