I am a second-generation Christian family therapist who has been in practice since 1987, married for 40 years, 2 adult twin daughters, and now 2 sons (both daughters married), with 4 grandchildren. My overall philosophy is to assist clients in bringing balance to their lives by examining the emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of their lives. It is important to see the individual as a part of a system, as what may work for one person may not work for another due to current family dynamics and unresolved issues from their past.
