One of the bravest acts a person can do is to ask another for help in time of need. It is not easy for many. As your therapist, I aim to create a safe space for you to process your thoughts and feelings and help you walk toward your goals and values. I work with a variety of clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes, anger, relationship/family issues, and ADHD to name a few.
