On the outside, you handle life, but inside, you may feel anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure how to stop repeating old patterns. You do not want to just survive anymore. You want clarity, peace, confidence, and healthier relationships with yourself and others. This is a space for healing, clarity, and growth. We work together to break patterns, strengthen boundaries and self-trust, and create emotional peace. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Hypnotherapist & Reiki Practitioner (offered as separate/add-on private-pay services to support healing and nervous system balance).
