Hi! I'm Tina. If you're a woman who identifies as an overachiever and thrives in your career, but can't seem to translate that to your personal relationships, we'll probably be a great fit. Most of my clients are hyper-independent perfectionists, and have spent their whole life believing their self-worth is based on what they can do or achieve. I love working with women who find success in high-stress environments, yet want to prevent (or recover from) burnout by focusing on the root of the problem. I also love working with women with ADHD, because as an ADHD-er myself, I get it.
