My main goal is to create a judgment-free environment to foster growth and healing for all my clients. I first help my clients to feel safe and heard. Your emotions and reactions are valid, and I want to first offer you empathy. My goal is to help my clients alter their perspective of past trauma and help them love themselves, because you deserve empathy and peace. I use brainspotting to help my clients heal from traumatic memories. I also work with couples to heal attachment wounds and to help couples to have fulfilling and safe relationships. Ultimately, I come along side you as your therapeutic journey unfolds.
