It is sometimes difficult to know the direction one must take in life because of the influence of family, friends, and even strangers. Advice may be plentiful, but not helpful. I help by offering supportive and collaborative conversations so that you may find your own voice, use the skills and creativity that you have to survive life's challenges, transitions and relationships. I have made a commitment to work with individuals, and their families (when desired and available) to improve relationships, heal pains, and stregthen bonds. My work with teens and their families reaffirmed my belief that many problems could have been mitigated or avoided through preventive support and parental education during the child's developmental years. Presently, my practice has focused on working with expecting and new parents prepare their marriage and other relationships for parenthood.
