My treatments focus on helping you adjust to any traumatic event that keeps you from functioning at your best each day. I use evidence-based treatments that are emotionally focused and client-centered. I am trained and experienced in trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy, cognitive processing therapy, talk therapy, and virtual imagery. My treatments are reality-based, thought provoking, and empowering. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling positive, strong, hopeful, and relaxed. I am also trained in restorative retelling therapy utilizing a 10-week closed group model, that helps survivors of a murder-suicide.
