Hi, my name is Tina and my approach is to always meet you where you are at, whether it's stress, anxiety, depression, etc. You may experience a cry, laugh and everything in between, which is authentic. I will be there to show respect and offer continued support each time we meet. You may be the type of person who's tired of feeling "stuck" in life, needs additional support, wants to improve coping skills or simply needs someone to help navigate some difficult situations, relationships or life transitions. This could be your opportunity to finally move from reactive to proactive, and not just from "surviving", but authentic thriving. As a board certified psychotherapist, I know life can be pushed out of balance. My ability to offer you a safe space and to hold it for you at the same time, allows you to explore your concerns at your pace. My specialty is finding your strengths to help you get to your personal goals and overcome challenges blocking your personal progress.
